- 211 – Community and referral services (such as homeless shelter listings, community outreach programs, etc.)
- 311 – NON-EMERGENCY police and governmental services (i.e. non-injury car accidents)
- 411 – Directory Assistance
- 511 – Traffic / transportation information
- 611 – Service / repair calls (PacBell and Verizon, may also work for other companies)
- 711 – Deaf / HOH TTY telecommunications relay
- 811 – Some companies use it for billing, some for service / repair calls, but it may not be active on your carrier
- 911 – EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER NUMBER; do not call except in cases of emergency! For non-emergency situations, call your local dispatch numbers or 311
